This is a fairly simple recipe, and luckily for you, you won’t need many ingredients to have it ready in a few minutes.

  • 150 grams of white chocolate
  • 15 strawberries
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • black dye

Preparation of the ghostly strawberries

How would you like to succeed on Halloween night by giving the children a treat that is not only tasty, but also healthy? We know the perfect recipe to achieve it!

  1. Soak the strawberries in cold water, with a little sugar if desired, to keep them fresh. After about 10-15 minutes, remember to remove the stem, which the children will eat later.
  2. In two saucepans you are going to melt the two chocolates over medium heat (or in the microwave, as you prefer). When they are melted, wait a bit, but not until they are tempered.
  3. Prick the strawberries with a long stick and dip them into the white chocolate , until well covered. As you remove them, let them rest for a bit on a tray or plate.
  4. While the strawberries are tempering with the chocolate , mix some of the dark chocolate with the black food coloring (to give it a darker shade). Stir well and put the mixture in a pastry bag.
  5. Now, with the white chocolate already well integrated into the strawberry and at room temperature, paint the eyes and mouth of the ghost … and you’re done!
  6. Some people make a paste with the strawberries or peel them before dipping them in white chocolate to prepare this recipe. But rest assured that they will also be very tasty.
