- With the butter at room temperature (so that it is moldable), you put it in a container together with the sugar . Stir and mix until you get a whitish cream.
- Then add the egg with the milk , as well as the vanilla bean. Bat non-stop and a slightly creamier mixture will form, whitish in color.
- Sift the flour into a bowl , make a good hole in the center, inside which you put all the yeast, the cocoa powder and a little salt . Stir well to integrate all the ingredients, covering the mouth of the volcano.
- Go pouring this mixture into the container of the other mixture, without stopping beating for a single moment. Little by little, you will notice how a creamier mixture is forming . When you finish adding the flour, beat with the electric rods for a few more minutes.
- Finally, add the chocolate shavings and stir a little more, so that they are distributed throughout the container.
- Grease the cupcake containers with a little butter (so they don’t stick) and fill them with the mixture, but only 3 quarters full . Remember to put a special paper in each hole before pouring the cream.
- Start the oven at 180º C and when ten minutes have passed, which will have already reached temperature, then bake for about 15 minutes . Depending on the oven it may take more or less.
- After 10 minutes, check that the mixture is rising well. Poke a cupcake to check that it’s done right inside. When the skewer comes out clean, remove the tray and let it cool.
- While the cupcakes are cooling, melt the chocolate in the microwave until thick. Then cover the cupcakes with this chocolate cream.
- Open the Oreo cookies in half and remove the cream , which you will use to paint on the doll what its nose and iris are. Finally, break a couple of little pieces and use them to simulate their ears.
