This is a perfect recipe for those who do not have much time, but want to have a delicious Halloween dessert in their possession. They are neither more nor less than bloody eyes. Simple to make and terrifyingly delicious!
Ingredients
The ingredients that we are going to give you will be for a serving of 6 people. So if you want to make a few more, just double the amount so you don’t come up short.
- 6 oreo cookies
- 1 tablet of white chocolate
- Strawberry syrup
- 1 chocolate flake per cookie
Bloody Eye Preparation
This is going to be a very easy recipe to make, but you should follow the steps that we indicate, because otherwise you could make a terrible mistake and they would end up poorly.
- Put the cookies on a flat tray, with some parchment paper under them so as not to dirty the plate, trying to leave a little space between each one.
- Melt the chocolate tablet in the microwave, heating it for a couple of minutes, or heat some water in a saucepan , with the chocolate in a container and melt it in a bain-marie.
- Next , you are going to cover each of the cookies with this melted chocolate , trying to make it a very thick layer. Already set, let the chocolate cool, but without it drying out.
- Has the chocolate cooled down a bit yet? In that case you must put a lacasito on each cookie , of different colors so that each bloody eye has a color. Put in the fridge and chill for about 15 minutes.
- When the chocolate is already very cold, fill a plastic syringe with strawberry syrup. Take out the cookies and pour the syrup with the syringe, drawing some lines from the lacasito to the edge , thus making the veins of the eye. Vary it to make it look more realistic.
- Finally, place each bloody eye in a paper mold , like those used for cupcakes, and your bloody eyes will be ready to be eaten.
